An Overview of Canada’s Nuclear Waste Plan
An Environmental Justice Review

Adam De Luca, a student at the Bora Laskin Law School in Thunder Bay, has completed a project as a Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) pro bono student in conjunction with Environment North. His project researched Canada's plan for nuclear waste storage from an environmental justice and legal perspective.

This is of interest to citizens of northwestern Ontario as Ignace is one of the communities remaining in Nuclear Waste Management Organization's site selection process.
