Environment North - 40 Years of Activism
Environment North began as a small group of citizens who expressed concern over toxins such as asbestos and mercury being released into Lake Superior knowns as People to Clean Up Lake Superior.
This group which evolved into Environment North has responded to the challenges of clean water, healthy ecosystems, green energy production, habitat protection and sustainable communities.
