East Meets West:
More renewable energy in and out of the Northwest
The enviromental impacts of an expanded capability of the East-West grid tie at Wawa are generally positive. In particular this will permit greater transfer capability of renewable energy in and out of the Northwest and allow for expansion of renewable energy sources in the region.
